Job summary

Ministry of National Development is seeking a forward-looking professional to shape the future of HR across the MND Family through digital transformation. You will lead the redesign of HR processes and develop scalable digital solutions, partnering with HR and IT teams to implement AI-enabled improvements for better employee experience.

You will drive cross-agency collaboration, establish digital standards and playbooks, and build capabilities to sustain adoption of digital HR tools across MND

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in digital transformation, business process redesign, service design, product development, process automation or technology-enabled business improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to review processes and develop practical solutions.
• Good understanding of digital technologies and automation approaches, translating business requirements into digital solutions.
• Ability to use platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and RPA tools; familiarity with Whole-of-Government tools is advantageous.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, engage senior stakeholders and influence change across teams and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR service redesign and process transformation across the MND Family, identifying pain points and opportunities for simplification.
• Develop and implement digital, automation and AI-enabled HR solutions with clear business requirements and implementation plans.
• Drive MND Family-wide HR digital transformation by partnering with agencies, developing reusable solutions and standards.
• Build digital capabilities and drive adoption through change management, training and communities of practice.
