The role leads a team of HR Business Partners supporting senior Digital and Technology leaders, translating priorities into people strategies across organisation design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and engagement.

As it continues to evolve its operating model and strengthen organisational capabilities, it is seeking an accomplished Director, HR Business Partnering to play a key role in enabling strategic transformation, driving high performance and strengthening organisational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting senior Digital and Technology leaders across a large, complex organisation. Partnering closely with executive leadership, you will translate organisational priorities into people strategies spanning organisation design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development and employee engagement. A key focus will be driving a high-performance culture and enabling change as the organisation transforms its operating model, influencing senior stakeholders to embrace new ways of working and strengthening leadership accountability. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will develop and deliver practical, forward-looking HR solutions that strengthen workforce capabilities and organisational effectiveness.

Requirements

You are a degree qualified HR leader with a strong track record in HR Business Partnering within large, complex organisations, ideally with significant Digital or Technology exposure. You bring experience leading HRBP teams, partnering senior executives and driving organisational change, performance and capability-building initiatives. Strategic and pragmatic, you possess sound judgement, high EQ and the confidence to challenge constructively, navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and influence difficult decisions. You combine strong execution with the tenacity and resilience to deliver meaningful outcomes in evolving environments.
