- Enterprise Process Automation – identify and redesign HR workflows with automation.
- AI‑Driven Talent & L&D Solutions – pilot AI tools for talent acquisition and learning pathways.
- HR Business Intelligence Platforms – develop dashboards and self-service analytics for HR partners.
- Change Management & Digital Literacy – drive adoption of digital tools and data-informed culture.
