Qualifications

• Experience in leading and delivering digital transformation, systems integration, or data analytics initiatives, preferably within a corporate or HR environment.
• Strong independence, drive cross-functional projects, and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to connect digital solutions and data insights to business priorities and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR tech roadmaps and governance, aligning automation and AI with corporate objectives.
• Design and deploy workforce analytics, predictive models, talent demand forecasting, and attrition analysis.
• Drive enterprise process automation across HR workflows using RPA and intelligent document processing.
• Lead research and pilot testing of AI/ML tools for talent acquisition, capability mapping, and learning pathways.
• Oversee HR dashboards and self-service analytics platforms to provide real-time insights.
