Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing MS365-based workflows for HR and recruitment.
• Ability to map business processes to practical digital solutions.
• Experience configuring SharePoint, lists, and Teams for internal workflows.
• Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, timesheets, leave, claims) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain MS365-based HR and recruitment solutions.
• Develop SharePoint portals and internal repositories for HR ops and knowledge base content.
• Build workflows for approvals, notifications, and reporting.
• Assist with change management, training, and user support for new tools.
