Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for HR Digital Transformation and Data Analytics to drive AI, data analytics, and automation across HR. You will translate business goals into technology roadmaps and data-driven solutions that enhance the employee lifecycle.

Working with HR leadership and stakeholders, you will lead HR tech governance, design predictive analytics, automate key HR processes, evaluate AI tools for talent and L&D, and build real-time dashboards.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformation and data analytics initiatives.
Ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps.
Proven independent, cross-functional project leadership.
Strong BI skills (Power BI/Tableau) and automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath).
Proficiency in SQL/Python and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic HR tech roadmap and governance aligning with corporate objectives.
Design advanced HR analytics frameworks and predictive models.
Drive enterprise process automation across HR workflows.
Evaluate and pilot AI/ML tools for talent acquisition and learning pathways.
Oversee HR BI platforms and real-time dashboards for partners and managers.
Lead change management and digital literacy initiatives in HR.
