Working with HR leadership and stakeholders, you will lead HR tech governance, design predictive analytics, automate key HR processes, evaluate AI tools for talent and L&D, and build real-time dashboards.

Qualifications

What the role is

We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking, and independent professional to join our HR team as a Manager or Senior Manager for HR Digital Transformation and Data Analytics. In this role, you will act as a key driver and change agent, leading the integration of artificial intelligence, advanced data analytics, and digital automation across our Human Resource functions. Operating as a strong specialized individual contributor, you will be responsible for translating business objectives into robust technology roadmaps and data-driven solutions that elevate the employee experience lifecycle.

What you will be working on

Working closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders, you will independently lead and drive strategic digital transformation and data initiatives across the organization:

• Strategic HR Tech Roadmap & Governance - Architect and lead the end-to-end implementation of the HR technology and digitalization roadmap, ensuring all automation and AI initiatives directly align with and support corporate business objectives


• Advanced HR Analytics & Predictive Modelling - Design and deploy sophisticated workforce analytics frameworks and predictive models for talent demand forecasting, attrition analysis, and strategic resource allocation to guide senior leadership's long-term planning


• Enterprise Process Automation - Drive the identification, redesign, and automation of complex, high-impact HR workflows and legacy processes using RPA, intelligent document processing, and advanced digital platforms to maximize operational efficiency


• AI-Driven Talent & L&D Solutions - Lead the research, evaluation, and pilot-testing of next-generation AI and machine learning tools for smart talent acquisition, capability mapping, and personalized, data-driven learning pathways


• HR Business Intelligence Platforms - Oversee the development and optimization of HR dashboards and self-service analytics platforms, empowering HR business partners and line managers with real-time, actionable insights


• Change Management & Digital Literacy - Lead comprehensive change management and capability-building programs across the HR division, driving the adoption of new digital tools and fostering a strong, data-informed culture

What we are looking for

• Experience in leading and delivering digital transformation, systems integration, or data analytics initiatives, preferably within a corporate or HR environment.


• Demonstrated capability as a strong, self-directed professional who can operate with a high level of independence, drive cross-functional projects, and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.


• Strong technical foundations and analytical mindset, with experience in business intelligence tools (such as Power BI or Tableau), automation platforms (such as Power Automate or UiPath), or data languages (such as SQL, Python, or advanced Excel).


• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to connect digital solutions and data insights directly to organizational priorities and business performance.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts and data findings into actionable recommendations.
