Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Manager HRIS / HR Technology to lead Workday delivery and broader HR transformation. You will bridge HR requirements with technology, partnering with HR leadership, CIO Office, Payroll and the Workday partner to shape the future-state HR platform.

You will drive process simplification, governance and data quality, challenging legacy practices while enabling scalable, sustainable HR solutions that enhance employee experience and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR technology implementations and HRIS transformations.
• Ability to translate HR needs into system design and technical specifications.
• Strong governance, data quality and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Technology & Workday Transformation.
• Partner with HR leadership, Payroll, CIO Office and stakeholders to define the future HR tech landscape.
• Translate strategy into practical Workday solutions and ensure alignment with the operating model.
• Drive HR process simplification, standardisation and automation.
• Oversee data migration, testing, go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilisation.
