Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to accelerate HR AI adoption in Singapore. You will co-lead the HR AI Champions Network, work with HR leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, and drive measurable productivity and employee experience improvements.

You will also support responsible AI governance and embed AI into the HR operating model while partnering with Learning & Development to scale AI fluency across HR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Technology or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years in HR tech, digital HR transformation, change management.
• Proven experience leading AI, digital, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
• Experience implementing HR tech and driving change across large orgs.
• Experience with AI, automation and tools like Copilot, Power Platform, Dataiku.
• Familiarity with AI governance and data privacy practices.
• Experience running pilots, PoCs, user testing, deployment and value tracking.
• Ability to evaluate AI solutions for scalability, security, usability and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR AI adoption strategy and roadmap.
• Co-lead the HR AI Champions Network across Group HR and Business Areas.
• Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of AI tools within HR.
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Support AI governance, risk management and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
