You will champion Generative AI, analytics, and modern HR technologies to simplify work, enhance employee experience, and boost productivity across HR functions.

The role involves designing roadmaps, leading AI pilots, and partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to implement high-impact use cases.

Qualifications

• Background in HR Transformation, HR Technology, or IT with HR project experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Experience with HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors) and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead change and engage stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows, approvals, and employee services.
• Drive AI adoption, change management, and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots, PoCs, and scale successful solutions.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance and upskilling programs.
• Measure impact via analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.
