Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR operations assistant to support On/Offboarding and In-Service teams. You will handle data entry for new hires, update staff data in myHR, and ensure documentation is filed per SLAs.

Proficiency in Excel and exposure to SuccessFactors is desirable. The role requires high accuracy, ability to work under tight timelines, and on-site collaboration in One-north.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with ability to handle sensitive data and meet deadlines.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Proven accuracy when processing high volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to On/Offboarding and In-Service teams during operational peaks.
• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In-Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P-filed according to SLAs.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
