PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team. You will help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data in myHR and related systems.

The role focuses on onboarding and in-service data updates, including transfers, redesignations and contract extensions. It requires strong Excel skills, data confidentiality, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle high-volume data entry with strict confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including large datasets, formulas and lookups.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Organized, meticulous and proactive in resolving data issues.

Responsabilités

• Perform data entry for new hires and ensure all mandatory fields/documents are complete.
• Update staff data in myHR for onboarding and in-service actions (transfers, redesignations, contract extensions).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure documentation is filed per SLAs.
• Provide support to onboarding and in-service teams during peak periods.
