Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate is required.
• Proven experience delivering or implementing process automation and enhancement projects.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and advanced formulas; VBA/macros will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools will be advantageous.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data consolidation and cleansing.
• Structured, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support HR recruitment lifecycle initiatives and onboarding processes.
• Enhance and maintain HR workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Support the development of efficient process flows for recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Consolidate, clean, and organise HR data from multiple systems into structured Excel master files.
• Analyse HR data and translate complex information into clear and user-friendly outputs.
• Identify recurring manual processes and recommend practical automation solutions.
• Develop Excel-based tools using advanced formulas, PivotTables, VBA, and macros where appropriate.
• Support HR analytics, recruitment, performance management, and promotion-related initiatives.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders across different business units while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
