Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable HR Operations & Automation Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities and data reporting in Singapore. You will consolidate HR data in Excel, develop tools with PivotTables, VBA and macros, and help implement Power Automate-driven processes.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, collaboration across departments, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Human Resources, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Prior HR experience and Power Automate automation experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AI tools.
• Comfortable handling HR data, reports and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and recruitment-related activities.
• Assist with HR data consolidation, cleaning and reporting using Excel.
• Support automation using Power Automate.
• Identify recurring manual HR processes and explore workflow improvements.
• Develop Excel-based tools (formulas, PivotTables, VBA and macros).
• Work closely with HR stakeholders across departments on projects.
• Prepare clear, structured and user-friendly reports and documentation.
• Handle employee and organisational information with confidentiality and professionalism.
