Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analytics & Automation Associate to support Recruitment lifecycle initiatives and promote data-driven decision making. You will work with Power Automate, Excel and AI tools to streamline processes and deliver practical outputs that healthcare teams can use.

You will build simple tools, consolidate HR data, and translate complex information into clean reports while handling confidential data with care.

Qualifications

• Diploma graduates in HR, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Proven delivery of automation projects using Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, and VBA/macros.
• Ability to handle confidential data professionally.

Responsibilities

• Enhancements to SRIRACHA and OHMO Power Automate processes.
• HR Process & Automation Exploration with Power Automate and AI tools.
• Support the onboarding flow for specialists with an efficient process.
• Consolidate HR data from existing systems into a structured Excel master file.
• Identify recurring manual HR processes and propose Excel/VBA automation ideas.
