Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore West seeks an HR Process Automation Specialist to enhance HR workflows using Power Automate and Excel-based tools.

You will consolidate HR data, automate repetitive tasks, support onboarding of medical specialists, and collaborate with HR stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

A Diploma in HR or Data Science is required, with strong Excel/VBA skills and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR, Data Science or related discipline.
• Experience with process automation and Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, VBA or macros.
• Strong data management and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the enhancement and development of Power Automate processes to improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing efficient process flows to support onboarding of medical specialists.
• Consolidate, clean and organise HR data extracted from existing HR systems into structured Excel master files.
• Identify recurring manual processes and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop Excel- or VBA-based automation solutions to streamline administrative processes.
• Support HR analytics and data-related projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders on process enhancement and improvement initiatives.
• Handle confidential HR and employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Perform other HR-related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
