Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic HR Analytics professional to support reporting, analytics, and automation as we transition to a new HR system. You will work with people data, contribute to continuous improvement, and gain hands-on experience applying analytics to HR processes.

Responsibilities span data engineering support, automation development, data quality assurance, and ad-hoc projects. A background in statistics, data science, or IT with Python and Power BI skills is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience in data analytics/engineering is preferred.
• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, IT, Data Science or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Basic understanding of data protection regulations (PDPA, GDPR).
• Self-starter with leadership qualities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Proactive and motivated with a desire to learn and contribute.
• Basic knowledge in Python, Power BI, and/or Excel Power Query.
• Knowledge/interest in RPA, SQL, and generative AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support data engineering initiatives including data ingestion, extraction, report compilation, and dashboard building.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies.
• Maintain and optimise codes and documentations.
• Support development of agentic AI solutions to approved use cases.
• Maintain and enhance automation routines and scripts.
• Build new automation routines, databases, or tools to support data and reporting operations.
• Review and standardise data structures and syntaxes used.
• Support data operations and dashboard building, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
