Job summary

Michael Page International represents a well-established multinational client in Singapore seeking an HR analytics professional to drive data-driven workforce insights. You will develop dashboards and analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.

The role partners with HR, IT and business stakeholders to improve reporting, governance, and data quality across multiple sources, leveraging Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR systems, workforce reporting, or data management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance workforce dashboards, reporting frameworks, and HR analytics solutions to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc analysis covering workforce trends, organisational metrics, and key people indicators.
• Manage HR systems data, support data uploads, resolve data issues, and improve end-to-end data processes.
• Establish and maintain HR data quality standards, governance practices, and compliance controls across multiple data sources.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and drive data-related initiatives.
