Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HR reports for workforce insights.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, demographics).
Analyse HR data, identify trends and provide stakeholder insights.
Translate HR requirements into reporting solutions.
Ensure consistency of HR metrics and reporting outputs.
Support development and maintenance of HR data models and KPI definitions.
Provide system support across SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central.
Administer HR master data and assist with mass data imports and validation.
Investigate data errors and drive data standardisation.
Support HR data governance frameworks and data quality KPIs.
