Job summary

Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd in Singapore North East region seeks an AVP/Lead, HR, Workforce Intelligence and Data Strategy to shape the organisation's people analytics, data strategy and workforce insights.

You will build dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier, Power BI or Tableau; lead a team, drive data quality, governance and partnerships with HR and IT, Risk and Legal to enable data-driven decision-making across global HR.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, statistics, data analytics, business or related field.
• 15+ years in people analytics, workforce planning, HR tech, data governance or analytics.
• Strong understanding of HR data models, SuccessFactors and HR reporting environments.
• Experience translating analytics into executive insights and leading enterprise data initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management across global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic insights on workforce composition, talent, productivity and costs.
• Support workforce planning and organizational design through data-driven insights.
• Leverage predictive analytics to forecast workforce trends and risks.
• Build dashboards and executive analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier, Power BI or Tableau.
• Define and implement the HR data strategy and governance framework.
• Drive data quality, master data management and governance across HR.
• Provide insights to support talent and organization strategies, and promote data-driven decisions.
• Establish data governance practices and reporting frameworks with HR, IT, Legal and Risk.
• Lead and develop the People Analytics & Data Management team; set vision and roadmap.
