Job summary

Pacific International Lines is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to support HR reporting, workforce analytics, HR system data management, and HR data governance. You will combine Power BI capabilities with data governance best practices to deliver accurate, secure, and well-governed HR data for management decision-making.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI definitions, and ongoing governance across SuccessFactors and related HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, HR reporting, data management, or similar role.
Hands‑on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience performing mass data imports / bulk uploads in SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of HR master data and employee lifecycle processes.
Experience in data quality, data governance, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with confidential employee information with a high level of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and HR reports to provide actionable workforce insights for HR and senior management.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports covering headcount, turnover, employee movements, workforce demographics, organizational structure, and other HR KPIs.
Analyse HR data, identify trends, anomalies, and data gaps, and provide insights to HR and business stakeholders.
Translate HR business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of HR metrics, definitions, and reporting outputs.
Support the development and maintenance of HR data models, reporting standards, and KPI definitions.
Provide system support across SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central.
Administer HR master data and assist mass data imports / bulk uploads, data preparation, validation and post-upload reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve data errors, inconsistencies, and system-related issues.
Drive data standardisation, process improvements, implementation and adoption of system solutions involving SAP SuccessFactors, AI chatbots, RPAs and Power BI.
