Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR and administrative activities. The role includes overseeing recruitment, maintaining confidential employee records, and handling various administrative matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry, and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR working experience.
  • Preferable candidates with prior experience in the Construction industry.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform HR and administrative activities including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Create and maintain employees' confidential files.

Job Description
  • Perform the full spectrum of HR and Administrative activities and provide delicate HR services and support including and not limiting to recruitment, on boarding and off boarding process, policy and procedure, compensation and benefits, payroll, leaves, performance management, training and development, employee engagement activities and employee relations, grievances.
  • Create and maintain employees' confidential files.
  • Handles administrative matters pertaining to insurance, staff movement, stationary, pantry and etc.
  • Communicate between IT personnel to facilitate and assist the project teams to resolve admin and IT issue
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR working experience
  • Preferable candidates with prior experience of handling HR matters in Construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Microsoft
  • Organised, meticulous, good team player with interpersonal and communication skills and excellent team spirit.
  • High level of integrity, confidentially and accountability.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin as needed to liaise with China associate
