• 起草并执行HR政策，处理员工关系与申诉。
• 协调培训计划，确保遵守工作场所安全要求。
• 行政支持项目团队，处理文档、排程与对外联络。
• 协助现场运营的后勤与供应商协调，确保日常办公与现场运作顺畅。

Job description

职位：HR兼行政专员

HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for a new construction set-up.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and support welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Admin Responsibilities

• Manage office administration including procurement of supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance.
• Oversee administrative support for project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for site operations and liaise with external stakeholders when required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations to support construction projects.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in construction or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, payroll practices, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a start-up environment.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

任职要求

• 人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业大专或本科以上学历。
• 3–5年HR及行政工作经验，建筑或项目型行业经验者优先。
• 熟悉新加坡劳动法规、薪资管理及人事系统。
• 具备优秀的组织能力，能够在快节奏环境中同时处理多项任务。
• 中英文流利，能够与华语客户及相关方进行有效沟通。
• 积极主动、细致认真，能够在初创环境中独立工作。
• 熟练掌握 Microsoft Excel。
