Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and enhance workflows. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and has 3–5 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include optimizing the Applicant Tracking System and developing employee training programs. The role offers a competitive salary of up to $5000.

• 3–5 years of HR operations and recruitment experience.
• Familiarity in ATS/HR systems; experience leading PDPA compliance activities is an advantage.
