Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering or manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM work pass requirements.
• Experience handling Work Permit, S Pass and/or Employment Pass matters is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Mature, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Aufgaben

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts and related HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Handle MOM & Work Pass applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Monitor work pass expiry dates, medical examinations, insurance, security bonds and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and insurance matters.
• Provide general HR support and assist management with HR policies and processes.
