Job summary

CORESTAFF PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support day-to-day HR operations with a key focus on work pass administration and employee documentation.

You will maintain accurate employee records, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with hiring managers on HR matters while ensuring compliance with Singapore HR regulations. This role offers a 5‑day work week and opportunities to contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Hands-on MOM work pass administration preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and employment regulations.
• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers and related documentation
• Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely submissions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support preparation of employment-related documents and HR administrative matters
• Assist with leave, attendance and other employee records
• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers and relevant departments on HR matters
• Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities and other HR projects
• Perform other general HR duties as assigned
