Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd, a listed construction company and A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking a detail‑oriented HR professional to support day‑to‑day operations with a focus on work pass administration and employee documentation.

You will handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and transfers, monitor expiry dates, maintain records, assist onboarding and offboarding, and support HR initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• MOM work pass knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Strong HR documentation and record-keeping.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
• Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support preparation of employment-related documents and HR administrative matters.
• Assist with leave, attendance and other employee records.
• Coordinate with employees, hiring managers and relevant departments on HR matters.
• Support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Perform other general HR duties as assigned.
