Ensign InfoSecurity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner (Talent & Development) to shape and drive our people agenda for Business Units in your care.

You will build talent management and development capability across the organisation. In this role you will embrace change, translate business context into programs that land, coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development programmes with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure meaningful participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 6–8 years of HR experience with exposure to HR Business Partnering and talent management or development programmes.
• Experience working in a multi-country or matrix environment.
• Strong programme coordination and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Good communicator and relationship builder across different levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the operational delivery of talent reviews and succession planning, including scheduling, communications, data prep and calibration logistics.
• Support end-to-end performance management, guiding managers and employees through each stage.
• Coordinate and facilitate development programmes, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure meaningful participation and delivery.
• Develop and update career pathing frameworks, development tools and HR programme materials, keeping them current and accessible.
• Support employee engagement surveys, action planning, and progress tracking across business units.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS and Operations to ensure integrated and coherent people programmes.
