Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Business Partner (Talent & Development) to shape the people agenda across the Business Units. You will drive talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management, while partnering with leaders to translate business needs into development programmes.

You will coordinate programmes, develop career pathing tools, support engagement surveys, and present data to HR leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
6–8 years HR experience incl. talent development or HRBP exposure.
Experience in a multi-country or matrix environment.
Strong programme coordination and client-facing communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and reliable.

Responsibilities

Drive talent review and succession planning cycles, incl. communications and data prep.
Support end-to-end performance management processes for managers and employees.
Coordinate and deliver development programmes with vendors and stakeholders.
Develop and update career pathing frameworks and HR tools.
Support employee engagement survey cycles with action planning and tracking.
Present data on programme participation and effectiveness to HR leadership.
Coach and advise managers on people management and HR best practices.
Partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives and change management.
Use HR metrics to identify trends and advise business leaders.
Represent HR in business unit discussions, linking people matters to outcomes.
