Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a self-motivated Senior Development Partner within the Industry Resource Division to drive human capital and leadership transformation for Singapore enterprises. • Strong interest in human capital, talent development, leadership development and enterprise growth.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities.
• Ability to engage senior leaders, including CEOs, CHROs and business executives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Ability to synthesise data, research and stakeholder insights into practical recommendations.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Engage Singapore enterprises to understand human capital, leadership and capability needs.
• Partner CHROs and business leaders to co-develop solutions that support transformation and growth.
• Design and manage human capital and leadership initiatives and governance.
• Analyse workforce data and programme outcomes to inform decisions and recommendations.
