Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearance.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Track expiry dates of work permits, certifications, and documents.
  • Oversee attendance, leave records, staff claims, and medical certificates.
  • Provide support in payroll preparation and related documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and staff confirmations.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and provide HR-related support.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement activities.
  • Maintain organized filing (physical and digital) and draft memos.
  • Manage calls, emails, and general correspondence.
  • Assist in reports and company documentation.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facilities-related matters.
  • Provide admin support for company events and staff activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement and service coordination.
  • Monitor office maintenance schedules and work with contractors.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
