VERMINATOR PTE LTD is seeking an HR Generalist with payroll expertise in Singapore. You will administer monthly payroll, CPF & IRAS submissions, maintain staff records in Whyze, handle work passes, and oversee recruitment and HR reporting.
The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will support performance appraisals, leave management, training coordination, and employee relations within a collaborative team.
Job Description & Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer and process monthly payroll, salary advances, etc.
Perform CPF & IRAS submissions and NS claims, etc.
Gather, update and maintain staff personal data in the internal HR system (Whyze)
Handle & process FW work passes & related MOM requirements or inquiries
Handle the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates
Provide detailed HR reports (payroll, headcount, leave balance, and/or staff-related data) to Management and government authorities as & when needed
Administer employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, letters of confirmation, promotion, warning, termination, etc.
Administer performance appraisal and work hand in hand with line supervisors/managers
Handle employment relations issues such as grievances and employee welfare
Oversee social activities for the company
Conduct induction training program
Handle registrations for staff training courses. Apply and source training grants.
Work with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the company in line with the Vision, Mission, and Business Objectives
Administer leave matters, etc
Responsible for HR-related surveys’ submission
Maintain the caring and family culture
Assist in any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma in HRM or related discipline
Good working knowledge and experience in WHYZE or any other Payroll software is preferred
At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in processing monthly payroll duties
Well abreast with local employment regulations
Meticulous and detail in work
Possess excellent communication skills – be able to engage with all levels of staffs
Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
A self-starter to lead new initiatives
Well versed with Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
Have handled more than 150 employees
