Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  2. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote employee engagement initiatives and monitor workplace satisfaction.
    • Advise management on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
  3. 3. Performance Management & Development
    • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
    • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
  4. 4. Compensation & Benefits Administration
    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed.
  5. 5. HR Compliance & Policy Management
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
    • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  6. 6. Strategic HR Planning
    • Collaborate with leadership to align HRstrategies with business objectives.
    • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Lead HR projects, such as culture initiatives, organizational restructuring, and change management.

Role Requirements:
