A local construction company in Singapore is seeking an HR And Admin Executive responsible for managing foreign workers' administration including recruitment, payroll, and compliance with regulations. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the construction sector and be proficient in MS Excel. The role requires good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Singaporeans only are encouraged to apply.

♦ Monday-Friday,8.30AM-6:00PM, Casual Work Attire
· Handle full spectrum of the foreign workers administration including recruitment, training, payroll, leave administration and WSH matters.
· Apply and /or renew work passes of the foreign workers. (eg. MOM, PSA, Jurong Port, etc.)
· Administer and maintain proper foreign workers’ dormitory records.
· Handing foreign worker disciplinary issues and grievances
· Foreign worker insurance claim for WICA
· Foreign worker performance bond
· Responsible in the renewal of the Company’s vehicles insurances, road taxes, parking, etc.
· Responsible in the renewal of the all-BCA & ISO matters.
· Collate, compile and submit quarterly MOM labour surveys.
· Purchase of the office stationeries, equipment’s, PPEs and beverages, etc.
· To plan and execute Company’s events for the staff.
· Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
