Job summary

Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, information systems, data analytics, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, data analytics, and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement HR analytics, automation, and digital solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, AI, and other tools.
- Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with process mapping, workflow design, and data mapping.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
- Extract, transform, analyze, and consolidate HR data to generate actionable insights.
- Contribute to HR transformation initiatives and support ad hoc projects as needed.
