Job summary

Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board in Singapore is offering a full-time internship in the HR Analytics & Transformation team. You will analyse workforce data, build insights, and support HR decision-making within a collaborative environment.

The role covers data cleaning, dashboard development, Python scripting, UiPath automation, and cross-team engagement. Candidates are pursuing degrees in analytics or IT, with strong communication and a passion for learning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field (analytics, data science, IS, CS, statistics, HR).
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting tasks.
• Familiar with data visualisation concepts and presenting data findings clearly.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Clear verbal and written communication; adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data and translate findings into insights and recommendations for HR stakeholders.
• Support development and upkeep of data visualisations and dashboards; test for accuracy and reliability.
• Run and maintain Python scripts for HR data analysis; enhance features and functionality.
• Contribute to analytics projects from framing questions to communicating findings.
• Assist design, development, and testing of UiPath workflow automation solutions.
• Participate in data preparation, cleaning and processing to ensure data quality.
