Univers Singapore is seeking a proactive intern to support HR digital transformation, process automation, and people analytics initiatives. You will work on real-world HR projects, collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across regions, and apply AI and automation tools to improve the employee experience and HR efficiency.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and the future of work.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Power BI, Power Automate) is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist HR process automation and transformation projects using AI tools, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other digital technologies.
- Support design, testing, implementation, and documentation of HR automation solutions.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and manage project timelines for automation initiatives.
- Assist in developing AI-powered knowledge resources, self-service solutions, workflow guides, and digital HR tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on special projects and change management activities.
