This role blends data analysis, dashboards, and automation in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. You will work on Python scripting, data preparation, UiPath workflows, and Visualisations with Power BI, contributing to HR projects and team discussions while developing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant degree in analytics or data-related field.
• Familiar with Python for data analysis and scripting tasks.
• Familiar with data visualization concepts and presenting findings clearly.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse workforce data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for HR stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data visualisations and dashboards for HR insights, including testing across dashboards and automation scripts.
• Run and maintain Python scripts used for HR data analysis, with debugging and feature enhancements.
• Contribute to a workforce analytics project, framing questions, preparing data, and communicating findings.
• Contribute to design, development, and testing of UiPath automation, documenting requirements and supporting implementation.
• Assist with data preparation, cleaning, and processing to ensure data quality.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to analytics initiatives.
