A boutique strategy consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Analyst / Associate HR Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in HR consulting and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Job Description & Requirements

LiT Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm specializing in providing consulting services to SMEs. We provide SMEs with quality business advisory services to help seize business opportunities and outperform their competitors.


We are looking for a candidate with 1 - 3 years of experience within the HR Consulting industry to join our team as an Analyst / Associate HR Consultant. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore and within ASEAN.


Primary Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Assist in the delivery of assigned projects

  2. Support engagement teams to develop HR and business strategies and business plans for existing/new businesses

  3. Liaise with clients (Up to C‑Suite) to identify areas of improvements and provide recommendations for growth

  4. Present results to the client's management team and implement recommendations in collaboration with the client's team members

  5. Perform data analysis, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop financial models to quantify the feasibility of recommendations

  6. Assist with delivery of HR Projects

  7. Prepare proposals for prospective clients


The Ideal Candidate Should:


  1. Be a graduate from HR, Legal, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors

  2. Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in Consulting within Singapore or the ASEAN region

  3. Possess good communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

  4. Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsory
