ENGIE Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment inSingapore for technical, operational, managerial, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective talent solutions.

You will develop sourcing strategies through direct search, employee referrals, job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking; build pipelines for high-volume roles; provide market

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with end-to-end recruitment success.
• Experience planning and running recruitment fairs, mass hiring initiatives, and targeted outreach.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Building Services, Property Management, Construction, or related industries preferred.

• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes and candidate experience.
• Manage external recruitment partners and ensure cost-effective hiring outcomes.
• Lead recruitment events such as fairs and walk-in interviews.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
• Drive recruitment for a wide range of positions, including technical, operational, managerial, and corporate roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through direct search, employee referrals, job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage external recruitment partners and ensure cost-effective hiring outcomes.
• Lead in organising recruitment fairs, walk-in interviews and other hiring initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment
• Experience planning and running recruitment fairs, mass hiring initiatives and other targeted outreach programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior recruitment experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Building Services, Property Management, Construction, or related industries is preferred.
