Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Leader to oversee the HR function and drive people strategies. You will lead the HR team, partner with the Deputy CEO on workforce planning, and shape employer branding and recruitment.

You will manage performance, onboarding, engagement, compensation, payroll, and compliance, and drive HR digitalisation and process improvement across the organisation.

• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth daily HR operations.

• Work closely with the Deputy CEO and management team on HR strategies and workforce planning.

• Oversee recruitment, hiring and employer branding activities.

• Manage performance reviews, employee development and succession planning.

• Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, retention and employee relations matters.

• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll and HR operations.

• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

• Monitor HR performance, employee data and workforce reports.

• Lead HR projects, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.

• Develop team capabilities and ensure continuous improvement of HR services.

• Perform other duties and support business projects as required.
