Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Head of People & Culture to lead the HR function and drive full‑spectrum operations from strategy to execution at Buona Vista, Singapore. You will advise the Deputy CEO on people matters and help shape workforce plans.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR analytics, HRIS upgrades, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• MBA/postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leader responsibilities.
• Experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Experience in healthcare or service sectors is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of HR and Payroll experience with team leaderresponsibilities.
• Experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Experience in healthcare or service sectors will be an advantage.
• Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
