Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Head of HR to lead the HR team, drive smooth daily operations, and partner with the Deputy CEO on strategy and workforce planning.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation and payroll, employee engagement, retention and compliance. Lead HR projects, digitisation and process improvements while building team capability to deliver exceptional HR services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team for daily operations.
• Collaborate with Deputy CEO on HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring and employer branding.
• Manage performance reviews, development and succession planning.
• Oversee onboarding, engagement, retention and employee relations.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce reports.
• Lead HR projects, digitisation and process improvements.
• Develop team capabilities and continuous service improvement.
• Perform other duties and support business projects.

• Develop team capabilities and ensure continuous improvement of HR services.
