Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR leader to head the People & Culture function, partnering with senior management to drive people strategies and organisational development. You will oversee HR operations, recruitment, performance, succession planning and employee relations.

The role focuses on transforming HR through digitalisation, analytics, and governance, ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies while delivering workforce effectiveness and alignment

• Partner with the Deputy CEO and senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, workforce planning and employer branding.
• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee employee engagement, retention and employee relations matters.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and governance requirements.
• Lead HR transformation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and management decisions.
