Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the People & Culture function in Singapore, partnering with the Deputy CEO and senior management to shape workforce strategy and organisational development.

You will lead HR operations, recruitment, performance management, learning and engagement initiatives, drive HR digital transformation, and use analytics to guide workforce decisions. A strategic, results‑driven leader who can scale HR practices across the business is required.

• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee employee engagement, retention and employee relations.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and governance.
• Lead HR transformation and digitalisation initiatives.
• Use HR data and analytics to support workforce decisions.
