A leading human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a professional HR Admin Executive who is eager to learn and grow. This role entails calculating payroll, assisting with staff attendance, liaising with government departments for Employment Pass applications, and organizing necessary paperwork. Candidates should possess at least a diploma and have a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction field. Excellent organizational and analytical skills are crucial, and only Singaporeans and PR are eligible for application.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in the construction field.
• Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate payroll for staff including salary and overtime.
• Assist in processing staff attendance such as leaves and overtime.
• Liaise with MOM for application of Employment Pass.
• Organize paperwork for government departments like ACRA, MOM, and CPF.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Process insurance claims for staff.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.
