Job summary

Kuan Aik Hong Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an approachable HR Operations Assistant to support day-to-day HR activities in Singapore. The role involves payroll processing, recruitment support, and maintaining personnel records to ensure accurate and timely HR services for workers.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in any discipline and proficient MS Office skills. No experience is welcome, and knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, EFMA, and MOM is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and personnel file maintenance.
• Process payroll timely, compute salaries, deductions and overtime for workers.
• Update new hire information into HR database and systems.
• Support workers' CET training, Coretrade, CSOC, and related training activities.
• Assist in course registration, training records, and evaluations.
• Handle foreign workers' work passes and updates in OFWAS systems.
• Manage dormitories, workers insurances, and security bonds; MYE applications/extensions.
• Handle workers' home leave, air tickets, and system updates.
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Job Description

• Provides day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, collates employment documents, maintains and updates personnel files;
• Process payroll on a timely basis including computation of daily/monthly salaries, deductions, overtime for workers;
• Update new hire information into HR database and system;
• Support training activities for workers, including sending workers for CET training, BCA Coretrade, CSOC, etc;
• Assist in course registration, maintain training records and training evaluation;
• Handles foreign workers work pass application/renewal/cancellation, updates personnel particulars/employment details, address of foreign workers via OFWAS;
• Manage administration matters including dormitories, workers insurances, security bonds, etc;
• MYE application/extension;
• Handle workers' home leave application, air tickets, and update in system.
• Any other ad hoc miscellaneous assigned.
