Job summary

Kuan Aik Hong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to oversee full-spectrum HR and administrative functions, with a focus on managing foreign construction workers. You will register, renew and coordinate CoreTrade, CSOC, and other mandatory trainings, administer leaves and medical benefits, handle payroll for daily-rated staff, and ensure compliance with MOM processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
• Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC and other industry requirements.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in construction.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers.
• Register, renew and coordinate CoreTrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses.
• Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries.
• Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems; support efficient office administration.
• Process payroll accurately and timely for daily-rated workers.
• Coordinate onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
• Perform HR and administrative duties assigned.

Job Description

• Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers
• Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses
• Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries;
• Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required;
• Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper filing systems, and support efficient office administration;
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers;
• Coordinate the onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders;
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies;
• Perform HR and administrative duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field;
• Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC and other industry-related requirements
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry;
• Strong knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration is an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role
