Job summary

The National University Health System Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Patient Service Associate to deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm atmosphere for patients, with the aim of excellent patient care and satisfaction.

You will handle registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and information for billing, assist with chaperone duties, and support clinic management. This is a 2-year contract; prior hospital/service industry experience and flexibility to work in

Qualifications

• Preferably GCE 'N' Level and above.
• Proficient in computer skills; handling multiple systems will be an advantage.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; second language is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed; prior hospitality/service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
• Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any inquiries such as insurance information for billing.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to emails and phone enquiries.
• Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
