• Comfortable working in different clinics when needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic readiness to meet service standards.
• Assist with registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and billing inquiries.
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to emails and phone enquiries.
• Assist clinic manager with administrative duties.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
